As I watch one of my oldest friends ready herself for her own little girl. I am reminded what a treasure and a gift each day is with my little "presents" In the book of Psalms it says that children are a gift from the Lord, an arrow in the hand of a warrior. As a busy working Mom, I am thankful for the reminder to cherish my little presents. There is nothing that will make me forget the look on their faces the night I shared that verse with them. Even now when I call them my gifts I notice a lift in their step. Just think.... That is how God loves you!

Drama Princess

Coming home from Mary's the other day Julia started to give me attitude about putting her buckle on, frustrated I told her not to be a drama queen and just buckle up. With furrowed eyebrows she replied: "I'm not a Drama Queen, I'm a Drama PRINCESS."
